Power LED - light patterns and descriptions

LED Color
Description
Solid Red
When Base Station first powers on.
Solid Orange
When Base Station first powers on.
When running on internal battery, before Low Power Mode.
Solid Green
When update has finished and Base Station is ready to be used.
When AC Power is connected.
When running on Ring Power Packs.
Off (No color)
When Base Station is running on Low Power Mode.

Internet LED - light patterns and descriptions

LED Color
Description
Solid Green
When connected to the internet via ethernet with a working internet connection.
When connected to the internet via 24/7 Backup Internet¹ (
).
Blinking Red
When there is no internet connection.
Off (No color)
When Base Station is running on Low Power Mode.

LED Color
Description
Solid Red
When internet cannot be reached.
Solid White
When Base Station first powers on.
Flashing White
When downloading and installing the first software update.
Solid White
When internet is connected.

LED ring patterns 

LED Color
Description
Blue LED spinning clockwise around the circle.
When Bluetooth pairing has started.
4 corner LEDs flashing blue five times.
When there is a Bluetooth pairing error.
Solid Blue LED circle.
When Bluetooth pairing is successful.
Solid Blue with one Green dot spinning clockwise around the circle.
When Base Station is downloading a software update.
Purple dot spinning clockwise.
When Base Station shutdown is in progress.
Solid Blue
When Ring Alarm Pro is disarmed.
Solid Red
When Ring Alarm Pro is armed in Home or Away Mode.²
Solid Red sections turn on, one at a time, until circle is completed red.
When there is an Exit Delay. Circle will complete when Exit Delay is finished and Ring Alarm is armed.
Red circle blinks on and off.
When there is an Entry Delay. Circle blinks until Ring Alarm is disarmed.
LED circle is dimmed.
When Base Station is running on Low Power Mode.
